We did not learn dealership operations from the outside. We learned them from the middle of the work.
Years ago, our founder was working inside a Buy Here Pay Here dealership—living the familiar pressure of ringing phones, customer follow-up, collections, appointments, and a team already stretched thin.
Remote support started as a practical answer. It became a better way to build a team: one that could take ownership of important work, stay close to customers, and make the in-house team stronger.
Today, Dealers In Drive connects dealerships with experienced professionals throughout Latin America and stays involved in the relationship. Remote should never feel distant.
